Love Adventure is the debut modern funk EP from Austin, TX native and ABC founder Danny Spence. The album is a vision of beach boogie through an exotic lens; a warm combination of modern funk, hip-hop, and jungle sounds. The album is a chill yet funky listening experience, eliciting visions of summer afternoons and evenings by the beach.
Released independently, Open Your Eyes combines elements of Caribbean beats with electronic, psychedelic and hip-hop sounds bringing a new kind of tropical funk sound. The album ascents as a revolutionary soundtrack in opposition to Colombia’s mainstream cultural exploitation seen in TV series Narcos and movies like Escobar. It is inspired by a generation that grew up in Colombia between the 70s and 80s and gradually flew out to become rooted within the world’s modern cities countercultures.Miss Colombia band is at the forefront of an emerging genre of music where Latin beats and rhythms fuse with Australian urban sounds. Open Your Eyes is the result of alliances between more than twenty-five Melbourne based artists including producers, musicians, performing artists and video artists.
Over 10 years in the making, Yesterday Is Heavy is the cumulative product of an expansive career of collaborations and solo material, while finally acknowledging the spotlight with a fully-realized sound of his own. Silva's debut is about stepping outside of a comfort zone, and, outside of himself. It’s an album of heft and heart, but most of all hope – and trusting the process that led him to this point. Buoyed by the encouragement of long-time collaborators like Jamie Woon and Sampha early in his career (they both implored him to commit his own voice to record), and bolstered by experiences working alongside Mark Ronson, Adele and more, the Lil Silva story is now coming full circle. Created primarily in the town he grew up in (and continues to live now), the pervading solace of home courses through the project, while providing the thrilling moments of sleight of hand that Silva has always been capable of. As he so often does, Lil Silva shares the spotlight with an astonishing cast of sonically-diverse guests. He fuses well-versed modern UK and European legends in the shape of Sampha, Ghetts, and Little Dragon with rising stars like serpentwithfeet, Charlotte Day Wilson and Montreal's Skiifall to thrilling effect, while maintaining his own deft dynamic throughout. The album has also been created with musical direction from Louis Vuitton musical director and BBC Radio 1 tastemaker Benji B

Trans-Europe Express (German: Trans Europa Express) is the sixth studio album by German electronic music band Kraftwerk. Recorded in mid-1976 in Düsseldorf, Germany, the album was released in March 1977 on Kling Klang Records. It saw the group refine their melodic electronic style, with a focus on sequenced rhythms, minimalism, and occasionally manipulated vocals. The themes include celebrations of the titular European railway service and Europe as a whole, and meditations on the disparities between reality and appearance.Trans-Europe Express charted at 119 on the American charts and was ranked number 30 in The Village Voice's 1977 Pazz & Jop critics' poll. Two singles were released: "Trans-Europe Express" and "Showroom Dummies". The album has been re-released in several formats and continues to receive acclaim. In 2014, the Los Angeles Times called it "the most important pop album of the last 40 years".
