The Song "Walkin Assassin" with Bay Area legend Dre Dog instantly became an underground classic. Reissued in 2020 by Northcyde Vinyl on Red/Black marbled vinyl, limited to 300 copies.

Stimulator Jones brings that playful, no-frills spirit to a new instrumental beat album, Low Budget Environments Striving For Perfection. Its title was inspired by Ego Trip’s Book of Rap Lists, describing, “the setting and manner in which most of my music and art has been created – trying to do the best I can with limited means and resources. It’s the DIY philosophy.”Described simply as “tape hiss, turntables, and THC”, Low Budget Environments… is a record born out of Stimulator Jones’ lifelong love of hip-hop. It sees the singer and multi-instrumentalist compiling the hip-hop beats he’s been creating since getting his first sampler as a teenager. These are, he says, “pure, uncut, straight forward beats – no clever arrangements, no cerebral overindulgence, no cute stuff, no vocals.”

We are very proud to celebrate the 25th anniversary of his “Wrap Your Lips Around This” album with this limited exclusive double vinyl from underground Brooklyn legend Agallah The Don (formerly 8-Off).Appearing for the first time ever on vinyl, the 17 tracks on this album feature hit singles “Alize For Dolo” and “Ghetto Girl” as well as production from legendary D.I.T.C. member Diamond D.Agallah has produced tracks for Busta Rhymes, Remy Ma, The Diplomats, Rockin’ Squat of french group Assassin, Sean Price(R.I.P), Saigon, Game Theory, PMD, DAS EFX, Mobb Deep, Onyx, Big Pun, Group Home, etc. He has also produced for Guru (R.I.P) and Guru’s vocal recordings from this collaboration appear on the last Gang Starr album “One Of The Best Yet”
