Koffee announces the release of her debut album ‘Gifted’ on Columbia Records. Having garnered attention with her 2019 global anthem ‘Toast’ and subsequent EP ‘Rapture’, it’s hard to believe that Koffee is yet to release a full-length album - in the short time she’s been making music she’s become a pillar of the reggae and dancehall music community, radiating her message of hope and positivity from her home in Spanish Town, Jamaica to audiences around the world. The importance of King Tubby's studio to the history of recorded sound is beyond measure and its all encompassing influence is a lasting monument to the resolute resourcefulness of Jamaica's musical pioneers. The dubs here were originally assembled by the Blood & Fire label for three bestselling but long deleted 1990s compilations that are now much sought after. Freshly sequenced and re-mastered, "Dubbing At King Tubby's" showcases the mixing skills of King Tubby, Prince Jammy, Scientist, Phillip Smart and Pat Kelly on a drum and bass heavy selection of ground-breaking Bunny Lee dubs.
