One of a set of seminal heavyweight funky jazz albums recorded by George Duke in Europe for MPS in the mid-70s (released on Verve in the US). Faces in Reflection, was the first album that George Duke really got to musically say what he wanted to say. The album stars with the mind blowing ‘The Opening’, a powerful Jazz fusion track with a mind melting synthesizer solo, but then moving onto a beautiful track called ‘Capricorn’ with stunning Wurlitzer and a mellow synth solo. A track he would later go on to perform with Cannonball Adderley.Audiophile Analogue Remastering on 180g Vinyl Pressing. Liner notes and a picture of the original master tape box inside.
