For Hooversound’s debut album release, Sherelle and Naina welcome San Francisco-based DJ and producer Chrissy to the family. ‘Physical Release’ blends elements of ravey techno, house, and jungle that have run through his previous work. The final result is an exploration of what our scene’s physical spaces mean and how they feed into themes of politics, family, connection and joy.

Six more tracks selected from a private vault of dance floor dynamite & super rarities, which takes in Italo, Dutch new wave, Space Rock & Balearic obscurities. All given the sonic once-over for maximum playability.

In 2016 FKJ approached the master of soulful vibes, Tom Misch, for a collaboration when their schedules aligned and brought them both to Berlin. Their musical chemistry was immediately obvious and 'Losing My Way' was recorded in one day at Red Bull Studios. The track now has 50+ million views on YouTube and is a favourite in FKJ's live sets. The track is now be released on limited edition 12" vinyl, along with an extended, live B-side recorded at O2 Academy Brixton in 2019.
